1:1 SESSIONS- 28/40 DAY 
PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION PACKAGE

Each session is carefully tailored to meet you where you are, drawing from a blend of practices including yoga, TRE®, Yin Yoga, breathwork and transformational healing.

 

These sessions are responsive and intuitive, shaped by your current physical, emotional and energetic state.

Sessions are held online via Zoom and recorded for your personal replay. Alongside this, you will receive supportive recorded practices designed to help you establish a simple, nourishing daily self-care ritual.

​

Over a period of 28 to 40 days, we work together to gently soften your current state, reconnect you to your body, quiet the mind and restore a sense of calm.

 

Through movement, breath and somatic tools, we release held tension, introduce practices you can return to daily, and support the development of a sustainable personal practice that evolves over time.

  • 4 × 75-minute online 1:1 sessions (over 28–40 days)

  • 4 × evolving recorded practices to support a daily personal ritual

  • 4 × between-session WhatsApp support calls

  • 1 × 30-minute review and reflection call

 

This package asks for a commitment to personal change. Change can feel challenging, yet with guidance, care and consistent practice, it is possible to shift into a new state of being - one rooted in greater calm, clarity and self-compassion.
