Designed for both in-office and remote workers, these sessions offer a dedicated pause in the working week to learn practical tools for coping with stress — helping reduce the risk of stress-related absence.
Whatever the source of stress, this course serves as a starting point for long-term healing.
Participants will explore how the nervous system reacts to pressure — and how the body’s innate survival responses can become stuck in patterns of stress, leading to a range of physical and emotional symptoms. Ongoing exposure to real or perceived threats can trap the nervous system in a continual cycle of activation.
These sessions introduce tools to interrupt that loop, build nervous system flexibility, and — with practice — foster resilience and a greater capacity to handle future challenges.
